KS-TH系列智能晶闸管调节器是广泛应用于电加热系统中的智能控制装置，其采用了我公司强触发技术，具有高线性度、高可靠性和高功率密度等特点;它由温度调节仪表或其它设备输出的4-20mA/PWM自动信号或手动给定信号，产生周期过零式（PWM占空比控制）和周波过零式（CYC变周期）两种输出，通过调节单位时间内导通的周波数来控制其输出功率，从而实现加热系统中温度的自动调节。

　　KS-TH系列晶闸管功率控制器具有高分辨率，温度波动小，连续可调的特点，是一种新型的温控方式；控制运行时噪音小，寿命长，正弦波电压过零导通，电流过零关断，输出完整的正弦波，因此辐射、传输干扰和瞬态浪涌电流小。调节器采用智能风扇恒温控制及过热保护，风扇启动温度为55℃±2℃,保护温度为70℃±5℃。
