The DDS(T) series of power device is a kind of updated product developed to replace the thyristor in view of the complex drive circuit and large energy consumption of traditional thyristors. The average drive current is only a few thousandth of the DC drive current of traditional thyristors, and the device doesn't need high-frequency pulse drive and high-voltage electronic switch drive. It can be driven by using current limitation of capacitor or resistor directly, so as to simplify the drive circuit, improve reliability and reduce high-frequency interference and harmonic pollution. It is a “green” product.
